Note to self:
Summer is in full swing here in central Florida. One cannot become depressed, hide in one's room, and skip watering for 24 hours, not if you want to have something left for your efforts. When I got home today I dutifully watered, and hopefully they will bounce back.

Ok, for a day, the carrots looked like they were making a comeback, but they are not.
ReplyDeleteThe melons are strong, though, and there is yet ANOTHER pumpkin plant growing out of the compost. I swear, we only threw one pie pumpkin and one jack o'lantern in there.
oh no, sweet carrots. i have some seeds, we can plant them and see what happens. pumpkins!! the mystery plant is HUGE by the way.
